We like to invest in commercial property so we have space to house some of our operating companies, our investment companies and offer space to organizations we believe in. When that is all taken care of, we then will rent space to a select group of outside clients.
Or a little piece of heaven as we like to call it, is a property just outside of Fernie, BC where we have a commercial campground that leases yearly spots.
We are also in the beginning stages of starting a small orchard that we will eventually harvest and sell fruit, cider and maybe a little jam.
